  Enjoyable experience! The gentleman at the register, who had a nice grey beard and tattoo on his arm, was very nice and honestly gave great customer service! I had to make some adjustments to a sandwich due to dietary restrictions and he made the process easy and did it all with a smile. Would definitely come here again for a quick meal!

  Food is usually made fresh when you order. I got the meat +2...great value! Good job guys!

  I was in tonight march 11th 2026. We had a wonderful experience. Tim was the manager on duty and made our dining experience very good. He honored a meal replacement that we couldn’t remember what we had and he didn’t blink an eye! He was more worried about our experience and wanted us back as a customer! He is always busy and helping his team! What a great employee! He deserves a promotion! Thanks again Tim!!

  The Norwalk Arby's is not clean. It starts with the entrance floor & glass, both are filthy. The grease path leads to the sticky floor on the route to order. I like to wash my hands b4 eating a sandwich & fries so I used the mens room. I felt dirtier when I left the restroom than when I walked in & the smell nearly took my appetite away. The customers were wiping tables as they sat down & disposing of napkins they used. The chair legs & base boards were filthy & food crumbs on the floor. Our visit was at 11 15 AM prior ti the lunch crowd, but the deplorable condition of the place looked like it had not been cleaned properly for quite sometime. The food is good, service is good, but yiu better clean up the place or folks will go elswhere.
