- DDDavidDec 20, 20252.0I used to go to pizza ranch periodically. I say used to because, while here right now, it'll be the last time. First the reason. Pizza ranch now has hidden service fees. On two people, it cost about .70. This doesn't sound like a lot, and it isn't, but it's the principle of the matter. No place should charge hidden fees like this. Artificially lowering price and adding a fee on checkout is wrong. It feels like the contract - that between the client (me) and the company (Pizza Ranch) is dishonest. It also feels like Pizza Ranch can't be honest about what one is expected to pay. I'm sure many don't notice, and that's why these things happen. Overall the food isn't bad but it's more the environment than the food I feel. The facility is well kept up, although cameras everywhere. Arcade is nice.

We dined at the Pizza Ranch-North Liberty location this Sunday evening and thought the buffet was had a great selection tonight. One thing that I love about this place is that each family member can get their own plate of food just the way they like it. We customized two pizzas and it was ready before we had finished our salads/first plate of food. The staff were all friendly and our plates were consistently and quickly cleared. The atmosphere was fun and full of life and don't forget about the arcade (FunZone). Overall, this is a place we always come back to and also bring out of town guests! #sponsored #pizzaranch
