  Service is very very slow you'll be waiting over 10 minutes to get your food. They're fine through signage is broken and can't even see what they have on the menu.

  Every time we go to this location we do not get our full order, the items we do get are wrong and the service is extremely slow.

  If you want to spend 30 minutes in line to discover your order wasnt taken correctly. Then to be told its fixed and still not get what you order and you love cold food this is the spot for you. Absolutely will never come back here again. Whoever was running the window was as nicely rude as they could of been. Waste of time and money

  Went to this location for lunch with my wife. Ordered 2 crunchwrap supreme, both we added jalapeños to both an asked for no lettuce on 1. Both had no lettuce an neither had jalapeños. Was charged 1.00 extra for extras we didn't get. Took 10 minutes in the drive thru to get it an was already gone before we realized it was messed up. Really poor quality experience.

  Tacobell is slipping. I deliver for doordash IMO the time is not on point, I do not know the mechanics of it.... Management needs more training? Process is slow... The idea of combining drive thru and doordash pickup... Customers: omm can I get 5 orders of....fries. a strawberry oh can you make two without salt.... Then a vote across the car... It takes time to select and process all these choices.. We are do this especially me... NGL Blending drivethru and delivery is horrible. It is a horrible mess for us who deliver. Our orders are already pondered before they are sent... So if you put 3 drive thru customers ahead of me, you overheat my car and me as well. I like to get out and stretch anyway... My experience with the store in newton, the door was unlocked, so I walked in. Dude that works there had 2 tills on the front counter..... He told me: Oh I forgot to lock the door, YOU NEED TO LEAVE. "I am a doordasher?" We close at 8pm you HAVE TO BE OUTSIDE NOW... so I complied, dude turned around and never gave me an explanation, or what to tell my customer. I won't call corporate, because anyone who knows, knows, If you handle a robber this way, first thing to do? Incapacitate YOu... No, I'm not a robber. But I am an influencer, FOLKS I RECOMMEND WORKD TO GO FOR CHICKEN AND TACO JOHNS FOR FASTMEX... REAL MEX IS SOMBRERO RESTAURANT 😋 I HAVE NO ILL WILL TOWARD ANYONE THAT WORKS AT TACOBELL! OR KFC!!! YOUR CORPORATE IS SETTING YOU UP TO LOOSE THAT REALLY PISSES ME OFF.
