  The slowest ever. Took them 90 minutes to delivery the last time I ordered. Thought maybe it was a fluke so I ordered again. Nope. 2 hours later I’m still waiting.

  I love my Newton, IA Jimmy John's! The people are SO friendly and they are fast. I always order ahead and pick up at the drive through window, my order has ALWAYS been ready!

  Ordered delivery on app at 5pm. I'm diabetic so I took my insulin shot as it said Id get it in 20 mins. At 532 they call to inform me they dont have a delivery driver and theyre waiting on Uber By 630 I call back and had to cancel the order. We are retired and can only treat ourselves occasionally. My blood sugar dropped to 43. Only after my husband turned in a complaint at 645pm. Did the website then decide to warn about delivery. This is my favorite place to treat myself. And now I won't be able to order from them again. Sent complaints to corporate and the store. And all they said was well it was canceled and your refund is pending. No one reached out to apologize or anything. Like oh well for you. Absolutely disappointed and sad I dont have my favorite any more
