I got half my order and they didn’t even take down my girlfriend’s food. So by this point she said screw it didn’t even bothered with it. I had to go back up to the counter after waiting for 15 mins for my other half of my order. Got it not even made like I told them. I said screw not even worth my time especially seeing the people before me that had to go up to the counter 3 times for there other half of their order. When we left they still never got there other half of their order. I will never go to this restaurant site when I go back through there.

I dont know of any fast food place that makes you wait for 30 minutes for a taco order then tells you they dont have what you ordered when the waiting room was empty ! Very rude inconsiderate staff! Will never go back there again!
- GLGabriel LambOct 27, 20251.0If I could give no stars, I would, came here on my birthday, wanting my favorite restaurant and a nine dollar box, after I put my card into pay I was told that they had no tomatoes and no lettuce. I said “oh man I guess that’s OK” And one of the employees in the back instantly mocked me and said “oh man, no lettuce HAHAHAHA”. That is not even the end of it. I went to go sit down and waited about 10 minutes and walked up asking “hey guys I was wondering how long it’s gonna be I’m in a hurry” and they said it would be another 15 minutes (this was after one employee asked another employee who asked another employee) so I asked for a refund and they gave it to me. Still haven’t received it. Called them today and they said to come down to the store and they would give me my refund, went there and they said it would be there in 3 to 4 days, total liars. My parents who live here said that the food here is absolutely awful too. This place should be shut down awful negative five stars.

The grilled cheese had a think layer of shredded cheese on one side, not grilled AT ALL. My hard shell taco and fried taco BOTH had zero lettuce or tomato. Went tell the guy behind the counter and he then informs us they are COMPLETELY out of lettuce and tomato. WHY wouldnt you inform the customer when they order their food then?!?!? SERIOUSLY?! HOW REDICULOUS
