  We have given this location countless tries over the years and they just keep getting worse, especially within the last year and their hours constantly changing. We've gone a few times when the signs said they were open in the middle of the day and theyre closed. Every time we've been there in the past 5 years food has been completely messed up or just inedible because its burnt or so stale. Tonight we got 2 tacos for our son and one was fine. The other there was maybe a tablespoon of meat, no cheese and 2 pieces of lettuce. We got 2 crunch wraps. Extra beef, nacho cheese and sour cream. Absolutely no cheese. So we got charged for cheese we didn't recieve. Ordered a cheesy gordita crunch and it came loaded with Fiesta strips for some reason??? The bottom of the bag was soaked with grease from everything being so poorly packaged that it tore. Attempted to call multiple times and the line was busy every time.

  We went at 6:30 pm and ordered our food. there were three people working there and two of them weren't doing anything whatsoever. the other guy was in the kitchen doing stuff so we assumed he was making our food. 20 minutes go by, our food hasnt come out yet. we're not in a big rush so we assume its just taco bell being taco bell. 30 minutes go by, foods still not out yet, now it's starting to annoy us but it took about 20-30 minutes for every other family before us to get their food and we've got nothing but time so we assume it's just extremely slow workers. 45 minutes go by, we see the only person actually working in the kitchen and not taking a smoke break outside cleaning the kitchen... We walk up to him and ask what's taking so long and he says "you guys didnt get your food yet? well we already cleaned the entire kitchen so we cant make it now" its only 7:15, the place closes at 9... so it takes about 10 minutes for them to refund us and the guy gives us about five dollars in nickels for change... worst fast food experience ive had in my entire life. PLEASE for the love of god, go anywhere else. DO. NOT. COME. HERE.

  If I could give this restaurant 0 stars, I would. This might be my worst fast food experience in my life. I showed up around 6:30, waited for the employee to take our order for a couple minutes, ordered, then sat down and waited… and waited… and waited… for 40 minutes, no kidding. As we were sitting down waiting for our food, we saw the only guy in the kitchen, cleaning. Finally, we had enough and asked the man where our food was and he said “you haven’t gotten your food yet?” He ended up bringing his manager over, along with the other employees who were smoking outside and we got a refund because they couldn’t make our food anymore now that the kitchen was closed. Unbelievable. Never going here again, I recommend not going here unless you want to wait 3-5 business days for your food.

  We stop in to have lunch while driving through on our way home. We ordered our food my girlfriend told them what she wanted. I got half my order and they didn’t even take down my girlfriend’s food. So by this point she said screw it didn’t even bothered with it. I had to go back up to the counter after waiting for 15 mins for my other half of my order. Got it not even made like I told them. I said screw not even worth my time especially seeing the people before me that had to go up to the counter 3 times for there other half of their order. When we left they still never got there other half of their order. I will never go to this restaurant site when I go back through there.

  If I could give no stars, I would, came here on my birthday, wanting my favorite restaurant and a nine dollar box, after I put my card into pay I was told that they had no tomatoes and no lettuce. I said “oh man I guess that’s OK” And one of the employees in the back instantly mocked me and said “oh man, no lettuce HAHAHAHA”. That is not even the end of it. I went to go sit down and waited about 10 minutes and walked up asking “hey guys I was wondering how long it’s gonna be I’m in a hurry” and they said it would be another 15 minutes (this was after one employee asked another employee who asked another employee) so I asked for a refund and they gave it to me. Still haven’t received it. Called them today and they said to come down to the store and they would give me my refund, went there and they said it would be there in 3 to 4 days, total liars. My parents who live here said that the food here is absolutely awful too. This place should be shut down awful negative five stars.
