I drove over 20 minutes to get Arby’s. Originally wanted the new shake but the machine was broke. Now is steak supposed to look like chocolate cake? Macaroni was old couldn’t even eat it. If you spend $10 on just this bowl then I expect it to be somewhat fresh and not burnt to a crisp and unable to eat. I will be calling tomorrow and complaining with a manager and I will get my money back.

Had to wait a 20 minutes for 1 sandwich, in that wait time 3 other orders were sent back including my sandwich that makes 4. Incompetent and slow is how I'd review this location. Even my redone sandwich was wrong the second time. Got the turkey stuffing sandwich, which was not deep fried turkey and had no stuffing on it. Ate it anyway because I was faint due to the wait.

The location in newton is always out of something, it seems like the general manager can never stock up on items for most meals. I feel bad for it's workers. No mozzarella sticks? No sub bread?
