We went to drive through about 7:30. We waited almost 5 minutes before someone took our order even though there was no cars ahead of us I started to order my blizzard I said I wanted a medium mudslide blizzard. The lady VERY rudely asked what size which I repeated again medium and she very rudely asked again what size which I said loudly bc she didn’t hear first two time medium and she rudely said that we can leave if we were going to yell. After that rude remark we left. The worst service I have ever received

We went to the Dairy Queen in Newton, IA a hour and a half before they close. We walked in and everyone just stared at us. They were three ladies above 30. One lady was talking about leaving before she flipped out on some customers. My wife was taking pictures of the menu to see what the kid at home wanted and immediately got an attitude from the staff about taking pictures. We just walked out without ordering. I’ll never go there again. Culver’s is right up the road and they don’t treat customers like that.

I had a rather unpleasant experience here. We had already purchased our ice creams and were enjoying a pleasant moment with my family; my 7-year-old son was playing in the yard—touching something in the small garden that perhaps he shouldn't have—when a woman came over and despotically yelled directly at him, telling him he wasn't allowed to be there. While he perhaps shouldn't have been doing what he was doing, the fact remains that the manner in which she spoke to him was quite disrespectful to the child. She never asked him in a polite way; it was truly a very bad experience.

Way over priced hot dog meal. 2 hot dogs and a bag of chips watered down soda that tasted anything but sprite and diet coke.only gave 2 stars for older sweet lady that seemed to be the only one working kudos to her.long enough wait time that car behind us left before we even got our order.would I go back again probably not considering 2 hot dogs soda and bag of chips $10.00...
