  We recently ordered five pizzas, and unfortunately, one of them was significantly undercooked, raw in the center. When my husband called to report the issue, the response we received was disappointing and lacked basic customer service professionalism. Rather than beginning with an apology or acknowledgment, the employee questioned how one pizza could be undercooked if the others were prepared correctly. While my husband offered to bring the pizza back for verification, the tone of the conversation felt dismissive and unnecessarily defensive. He was eventually offered a remake, refund, or credit, and chose a remake; however, the overall interaction left a negative impression. Mistakes can happen in any business, but how those mistakes are handled is what defines the customer experience. A simple apology, paired with accountability, would have gone a long way in resolving the situation more positively. Additionally, this required my husband to make a 15-minute drive back to the store to correct an issue that was not ours, resulting in added time and fuel costs. It’s also worth noting that this location often appears to have very low customer traffic, something that has been discussed within the community. Experiences like this may contribute to that reality. For a business that appears to rely on a smaller customer base, providing respectful, empathetic, and solution-oriented service is critical. As someone in a general management role, I find it especially concerning to see a lack of basic customer care, communication, and accountability. These are foundational expectations, particularly for employees in customer-facing or leadership positions. We enjoy the brand and would like to continue supporting this location, but meaningful improvements in both product consistency and customer service are necessary. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and leads to positive changes.

  Today I ordered on line so I didn't have to leave motel. Sage motel in muscatine google it were I'm staying nothing special just large pizza with light on the sauce. And bread sticks were cold With ranch sauce. I'm staying maybe half a foot ball field away from pizza hut. Pizza I ordered I put light on sause I got one with not a drop of sause and cold.. Told woman I ordered hot pizza light on sause not no sauce she just stood there a grinned like a idiot. Then she told me light on the sauce means no sause. So guy made me new pizza but they would not refund cold bread sticks and didn't give me ranch sauce either. Stay away 30 bucks wasted on this place.

  Wow I placed a order today for lunch and I never got my order!!! How pathetic and ridiculous!!! SMH. I am very angry too.

  Great deals and delicious food. I wish that more of a food delivery distance. Also, bring back the buffet.
