  This is seriously the best subway I've ever been to. Always clean, workers are polite, and they always give me the EXTRA EXTRA black olives I ask for 🤤🤤. Xander is extra polite. I've been there twice in the last couple weeks so far. I go in the evening or late afternoon. Keep being amazing 👏 🤩

  Rude. If there was a Zero star option I would. Service was awful, we tried to place an order on the app. It never came off the processing screen, we reloaded and it sent us back to Home Screen. Tried again, same thing. So we called the store to check if they had gotten the order or not, if not we’d just drive and come in. Person on the phone had an attitude saying they had two orders and they couldn’t refund/ cancel second order. We explained that we did not need second order and did not mean to order twice, but the app was not working. Person on phone said again they had two orders. We went in to restaurant, asked for a manager was immediately told there was no manager there. Was not asked what our issue was until after a few minutes of standing there. We explained what happened on the phone. One chimed in said they answered the phone. Attitude continued they said they refunded the second order and made the first one “fresh and correct”. Two of the sandwiches were made wrong, one completely incorrect. We wanted to explain what our end of the order transaction on the app looked like. They came over and glanced at the phone for a second and said they have been having issues with the app and it’s not their fault. But neither is it ours, we simply were asking a question and did not need the attitude. A simple explanation would have been great. If you are having a bad day don’t spread it to others, no need to be rude for no reason. I hope your day gets better and you are nicer to the next customer. 6/5/25

  I rarely stop at this location since im not local. I have to say I commend the staff that was working the night i stopped in. It was late, 10 mins before closing... 2 younger employees were trying to accommodate and serve a very rude and disrespectful couple... Not only did the staff (specifically the blonde young lady) hold their composure during the couples intentional rude actions/ disrespectful behaviors (they made a huge soda mess on the floor and decided to dine in, trashing the booth, mind you it was past 10:15 at this point). The staff hooked my order up, i tipped closer to $4 (most i could spare wish i cld have gave her more) since the other people didn't tip or say thanks... I let the staff know i understood how she was feeling and her frustration and irritation was justified but she deserved the tip just for how she handled that situation and she did a great job. Ill be returning 😊😀
