It's Valentine's day, my wife just went to pick up a mobile order not knowing the lobby doesnt open until 7AM, being that she wanted to suprise me and have a good day, a couple employees just stood at the door and stared at my wife like deer in headlights. She was out in the cold and just being stared at? Really? Not only that but waiting 15 minutes for the mobile order she had to pick up at the counter inside, the food was luke warm, not even warm. Just the lack of pure customer hospitality and customer service is unprofessional. You could've at least told my wife at the door instead of sitting there staring at her cause you ruined her day before it even began. McDonald's really should look into their app and fix that because if the lobby doesnt open up and correlate to the business hours in the morning, change the orders to mobile drive thru only is my hope, but regardless be a decent human being first and foremost.

I ordered a large caramel frappe with espresso and they gave it to me in the regular large frappe cup, every McDonald’s gives all the product made in the bigger cup so the espresso doesn’t get wasted and they told me they couldn’t cause they “weren’t like every other McDonald’s” and they were following corporate rules. When it is corporate rules to give all product made.

I’m honestly so tired of coming to this McDonald’s, no matter what time of day I can never get fresh fries. Speaking of during a light dinner rush you’re telling me they aren’t dropping ANY FRESH FRIES, how do I get the cold soggy ones EVERY time. I’m sick of it, gent together please.

I don’t believe I’ll be going back to this location seems to be nothing but problems every time you go there, especially in their drive-through line.
