Morning specials are delicious and posted for drive thru. Gal on headset is so perky & happy! Makes you smile just ordering. The avocado toast is delicious & priced great! The last 6 months have been fun & inviting, as we had stopped going there last year ... Seems like everyone has a Positive & happy attitude towards serving the public! YES!! Enjoy!!

I frequent the Muscatine Dunkin at least 3 to 4 times per week. I wasn't going to leave this review but this is ridiculous. My husband said I should because it's not ok. The young woman working has short, red hair. I do not know her name but I may ask if I decide to go again. She is unprofessional and to be quite honest. Rude. I've been frequenting this Dunkin for the past 2 years and all of the workers that I have come into contact have been kind and friendly. This young woman is rude and unfriendly. My drink was wrong one day and I asked for it to be fixed and the young lady I spoke to was very kind but then this young woman standing behind her mumbled something and gave me a dirty look. She had a horrible attitude and this has not been the first time I have seen this with the young lady. I don't think she even likes her job and shouldn't be working there if she has no respect for others. If she is the one making the drinks I think they should get someone else. This is not good for a muscatine business at all.

I haven't been to a Dunkin lately and thought I would treat the family to some donuts. I ordered a half dozen donuts. I assumed they would be packed in a box. Not today. They were stacked on top of each other in a paper bag.

If there was a button for 0 stars, I WOULD PRESS IT. Me my friends ordered online at 7;40 we then waited for 10 minutes, as we were waiting a group of 5 people came in, each of them ordering a drink and however many doughnuts. Each of those guys left dunkin under 10 minutes, and we were still waiting for our 2 drinks and 3 doughnuts. It has been 20 minutes and we finally get our items. We left and I asked my friend for my doughnut and she replied “They gave us a bagel.” So I then had to turn around and go back, it was horrible. Very slow and I would highly recommend others to go somewhere else.
