Me my friends ordered online at 7;40 we then waited for 10 minutes, as we were waiting a group of 5 people came in, each of them ordering a drink and however many doughnuts. Each of those guys left dunkin under 10 minutes, and we were still waiting for our 2 drinks and 3 doughnuts. It has been 20 minutes and we finally get our items. We left and I asked my friend for my doughnut and she replied “They gave us a bagel.” So I then had to turn around and go back, it was horrible. Very slow and I would highly recommend others to go somewhere else.

I told him no way and walked out. The customer behind me heard him say this and decided to follow me instead of placing his order. Im not spending close to 4 dollars on a freshly made item that was partially made yesterday.
