- BOBrooke O.Dec 9, 20252.0if you order ahead to “save some time” jokes on you, you’re not saving any. ordered online at 11:30, came at 11:50 when it said it would be done, didn’t get out of there until 12:10. the girl working asked if i had an online order, i said yes. she then proceeded to help the guy infront of me. turns out she hadn’t even started mine yet. i understand the struggle of working in the service industry, but there wasn’t a single apology or attempt to clarify why she hadn’t started. another worker then came in to work. she handed off my order to her right away. the store was also disgusting. you can see dark fingerprints on the chairs and the floor is gross. thought the new owner was supposed to improve the store?
