Only the coffee was great. Food warm is the best you can say about it. My receipt was absolutely blank and when we asked " not my job, can't do it". Wait time was about 20 mins. And not just us, 2 other customers were wsitingn10 mins plus for just drinks

Doesn't matter what time of day, the wait times for this drive thru are ridiculously long --- 10min to move one car length. I left without getting my food.

1hr in the drive thru line. $35.00. I advise spending your money elsewhere. This location has shown no improvement in the last few years.

I came here last year and waited 45min. So this is first time this year going and after 30 min of waiting went in to see what was going on and they couldn't even find the ticket even though we had a receipt. Definitely waist of time

Use the code on your receipt to report this location. The manager today February 27th 2026 At 4:35pm yelled into my car and made my child cry. She yelled through the drive through window for “bad mouthing her employee”. My bad mouthing was - me asking if (after waiting 15 minutes to place my order and being asked to wait another minute after it’s my turn finally) I was going to be waiting another 10 minutes. No one responded. I said this location needs reported, corporate needs to shut this place down. No one had any training here and it is getting old. I don’t eat mc Donald’s but my child like their happy meals. She likes to have each week after her week at school. It’s is over 45 minutes for one happy meal for over 3 weeks now. I am only there once but I am not the only one having these issues. I was not directly rude to or about the employee but stated some much needed truth though a com I had no idea was working or not. I do not think this warrants a Manger yelling through the driving thorough window to be nice and slamming the window. When I proceed to talk because we are adults and in no way is that professional she came back and yelled some more over us and slammed the window again. She told me I should nice and be nice to her employees. I was nice, I spoke truth. I didn’t hear anything back from the employee. If they don’t like how bad their quality of work is then they should change it. Not yell at customers through drive through windows. You scared my 5 year old. I don’t think she ever thought she’d have a window worker yelling through her car. The manager wouldn’t give me a name and was not wearing a name tag nor would anyone come to the window. I am assuming no one wants to get in trouble for the behavior they know is bad. Some serious work needs put into this location. I certainly wouldn’t want this person leading my child into “management”. The manager can personally apologize to the 5 year old that no longer wants to visit this location.
