  Screaming matches in the kitchen almost every time I go. There is a (I think blonde) shorter middle-aged woman that is always yelling at her staff esp in the afternoon/early evenings. I have seen employees quit and/or leave crying because of her being racist and derogatory towards them. She is so insufferable to listen to, that I have to take my dine-in food to go if she is in the building. She also tends to be there when food takes longer, because she doesn't help or do anything but walk around and complain and whine about the amount of people coming in (esp lunch/supper rush). Then, suddenly, ("fast") food is taking utmost to an hour to get done. And good luck getting a refund with her around, she'll just go and yell about how you can't wait "5 minutes" for your order when you've been waiting 45. She'll complain about you full chest for 15 minutes in the back like your food was ready (when it wasn't) to try to make you take back your refund I'm assuming. Food is decent. But don't bother getting a chalupa, because you won't get an actual chalupa, you'll just get a flatbread dressed up as one. They've been doing it for like 2 years now. Don't bother paying for extra sauce or extra meat, you're still gonna get the normal amount, if not, a sad amount, get a side of sauce instead. Extra meat (at least for the price/compared to other Taco Bell locations) just isn't worth it here, especially steak. The food is again.. decent. When it's actually correct. Which is maybe like.. 20% of the time. That plus the horrible, mean, awful staff/in-house dining experience, makes all stars 1. If I could do 0 I would. For DECENT food, it's a bad place to go. You could go to many other places for decent food without a toxic manager/assistant manager(?) yelling profanities about you in the "back" knowing you can hear them. Also, the drive thru takes over 30 minutes usually. Doesn't matter what you ordered. Don't go here lolll!

  Very friendly staff. Food was fresh hot and condiments were filled to the top. The did forget to give us our hot sauce but everything was so good we didn't care.

  All the lights are on so I till went through drive-thru at 7:55 PM. They said they were closed. Mention that their lights are on and they said they're going to be shutting them off real soon.

  I’m a door dash driver in the evenings- This Taco Bell is at least a 15 minute wait every time- even when it’s not busy- there have been times where I’ve waited upwards of an hour. The team is always arguing & I have witnessed too many customers get upset and storm out. Often times verbal conflict with the workers and customers. I do not enjoy accepting Taco Bell orders as it -“‘ost always results in customers experiencing significant delays in receiving their food. I have been in a full time GM position for 6 years now & most times give the benefit of the doubt especially at facilities with entry level employees. This location is in desperate need of healthy leadership to get them on a better track. I only share this in hopes it helps the business grow in a positive way, for the leadership here to develop & ideally grow the capabilities of these employees. If I had to describe my experience here every time with one word- it would be “Chaos”
