  I am LITERALLY SICK OF THIS JIMMYJOHNS!! If my sandwiches are not missing items that I am CHARGED extra for , then there is a RUDE mid-aged woman with missing teeth in the front at the window with poor customer service skills. Oh, and dont bother ordering ahead because when you get there if there is one or two cars in front of you then you will definitely wait 20-30mins!! Understandably if a car or 2 in front is having an order made to order then hv them pull over until their order is ready OR at least gv the pre-ordered customer the OPTION once at drive thru to come inside OR wait. Making that TINY suggestion makes the difference because then they can make an informed decision whether they hv time to patiently wait OR whether they need to just run in quickly.. telling a customer at the speaker that advises they hv a WEB order to just pull up without giving them other options only means they are now caught off guard when they end up waiting 20-30mins again only to be greeted by Mrs. RUDE!! Sometimes a customer does not mind waiting but give them a choice!!! THANK YOU!!

  We came in at the end of lunch time and there were a few people ahead of us. They had 3 workers and took all orders. We sat and waited for a really long time for our sandwiches to come out. It was close to 25 or 30 minutes. The sandwiches were fine, but we stopped in because we expected fast as we were on a time constraint.
