I watched two cars that arrived after me get served before I did. After being asked if I was using my rewards app, I waited for three minutes without any updates. When I finally asked if anyone was there, I received no response. I kept saying "hello" because I felt like they might have forgotten about me. Eventually, I got a curt reply: "You've gotta give me a minute." I responded, "I don't have to wait for this." I matched their tone and decided that I would no longer be visiting this location because the customer service keeps getting worse. When I go through a fast-food drive-thru, I expect it to be quick, especially for just a coffee order. I ended up going to another McDonald's, where I was helped immediately. Everything was fresh and great. I will definitely be leaving them a positive review.
