Not going there ever again, today was the 4th time in 2 months they messed up my order, let alone gave me the wrong order today, not going there again waste of money IMO, like I mentioned I got the wrong order, I got someone's else's order that was less than what I paid for

This last time we received my daughters nugget happy meal without any nuggets. It happens pretty frequently that items are missing or made incorrectly.

I'm a regular at this location since it's the closest to my work, but I've had several frustrating experiences lately. Often, there’s no coffee available, and I’ve encountered rude employees at the drive-thru.
This morning was particularly disappointing. I watched two cars that arrived after me get served before I did. After being asked if I was using my rewards app, I waited for three minutes without any updates. When I finally asked if anyone was there, I received no response. I kept saying "hello" because I felt like they might have forgotten about me. Eventually, I got a curt reply: "You've gotta give me a minute."
I responded, "I don't have to wait for this." I matched their tone and decided that I would no longer be visiting this location because the customer service keeps getting worse. When I go through a fast-food drive-thru, I expect it to be quick, especially for just a coffee order.
I ended up going to another McDonald's, where I was helped immediately. Everything was fresh and great. I will definitely be leaving them a positive review.
