  Christopher(?) was rude at the drive through. When we pulled up he just yelled “Jimmy John’s” through the speaker. We asked for a sandwich, chips, and a drink. He said “k 12.28” then we pulled forward. he didn’t ring up the chips on the order (we didn’t know that obviously) and when we asked if we could get some chips he said “what kind?” and we asked for plain chips. he walked away and then returned and threw a bag of chips at us through the car window and then shut the drive through window walked away. No “have a good day” or “thank you” or anything. super disappointing and rude service 👎🏼 won’t be back.

  Ordered only one sandwich and the only thing I asked was for no tomatoes. It of course came with tomatoes on it. The rest of it was still pretty good, just annoyed that a simple thing request couldn’t be done.

  Found the food to be rather bland. Haven't tried the newer menu items because of that
