Even if you have already placed your order. This is a bad experience every time. The food is usually good. Tonight however they crossed a line. I boo ought a Texas whopper. They put a comical amount of jalapeño pepper on the burger. Ruined a $9 sandwich. Very dissatisfied.

The atmosphere is bland and generic, service was okay, but could've been better if I didnt have to wait quite a bit for someone to take my food order. There was no dispenser for ketchup, and all they had was just a bin of ketchup packets up by the order counter. Food was okay, but costs way more than it should've been just for a meal. Only good thing they had here was the fountain drink dispensers that could make a whole variety of different beverages. Overall, was very underwhelmed with my experience here and will likely be going elsewhere to eat from now on.

Place my order and drove up to 1st window which they told me to and thru the windows 2 workers were on their phones and ignoring me thru window. After 10 minutes 1 came and took money. Then received our Oreo shakes to fine runny shakes. Will never go there again.
