DoorDash delivered my order but BUFFALO WILD WINGS sent the wrong order. Upon calling the store, I was told to contact DoorDash. I drove 7 hours tonight and was looking forward to a meal. Not a refund. Absolutely awful customer service.

Some of the worst service I've had at a restaurant in awhile. Nobody came to seat us or say anything to us at the door for a good 10 minutes. When we did sit down and get our food and I needed something, I tried to get the waitress to stop three times as theu passed by with eye contact and a smile and they didn't stop until someone at the table spoke up. The restroom was also unusably dirty.
