  I just went to this McDonald's for a Oero Mcflurry. The employees couldn't be bothered to mix my Mcflurry. I would go to this McDonald's!

  Order our food at 1253, did not get our food until 1350. A freaking hour for "FAST FOOD" is unacceptable for any reason. I get served fast at Texas Roadhouse on a Saturday night than this place. Rediculous

  Lately they have been messing up orders BADLY for me and the teens there are pretty rude. Went in the other week to get a snack wrap meal and they give me just fries and then proceeded to tell me to wait at the next window. No biggie. I was for over 5 minutes and after nearly a dozen cars go by, I go in and when I said I was told to wait at the next window and hadn't gotten my snack wraps, a bunch of ladies, who look like they're 20ish start to tell the older gentlemen that "We already gave him his snack wraps, he already has them." Uh no I don't. Why would I be in here if I didn't get them? He finds them and tells me "They didn't know who was gonna the one to take it out." Excuse me? It's not rocket science to have one out of maybe 6 people to walk to the other window and hand me my snack wraps! Not to mention the ladies never even apologized for basically trying to gaslight me by saying I got my food when I didn't. -_- Then que 10 minutes ago. I get home from ordering a quarter pounder with cheese and the drink tastes horrible and ALL the sodas/drinks except the water tastes horrible. No biggie, I'll just get water. I get home and sit down to eat and my quarter pounder is ONLY MEAT ON BUNS. No ketchup, cheese, pickles or sliced onions. ONLY. THE. PATTY. ON. BUNS! I could understand if it was just the meat with cheese. Fine. But a PLAIN PATTY on buns? When I ordered it with basically everything but mustard? What the hell? I don't normally write these reviews but this is getting ridiculous. They need to get their staff situated and have them prepare their meals better cause missing food/ingredients on meals is outrageous.

  Every time I come to drive through late night they ignore me even pulled up to the window to check if the drive through was broken and got ignored

  I went through Marshalltown drive through this morning and the young Hispanic girl giving the food out has no personality at all. I've been there a few times and she never smiles or says anything and practically throws your food at u. Very bad customer service skills. Doesn't make a person feel welcome or feel like coming back. Learn how to be decent to people besides we the customers are the reason u get paid and have a job and by all means get a personality cause urs suck!!!
