  I’ve had a couple all good coffees from there, but they always taste different. I get a salted Carmel macchiato. Many of times it taste lie straight milk and like a hint of coffee, I know that’s not the standard because any other 7 brew I’ve been to it always taste fine. And this place has made it the right way before. This last experience has me fed up. I used my point for a free large salted caramel drink, when I first got it the forgot the caramel drizzle and the coffee was barely there. Just lookin at the drink it was WHITE. I came back around explained my situation they tried to correct me and then realized the forgot caramel drizzle. When they remade it, instead of putting I guess the regular amount of caramel drizzle they put so much I couldn’t even get the drink through my straw because it was all just thick Caramel sauce. And the drink still tasted like milk. They seemed to be urgent to just get me out. So not only did I throw away my drink but I lost my 1000 points for a free drink. Extremely disappointed. Most wishy washy 7 brew I’ve ever been too.

  First of all, what kind of business has a drive thru with no menu, the girl in the booth told me I had to go online to see the menu. Why do they have no menus available in the drive thru? Got a caramel drink that tasted like plain coffee and milk, no flavor at all. I don't understand the hype of a place that isn't that great at service(again zero menus at the drive thru and no help from the girl), and that can't even get drinks right, lol, might as well goto Mcdonalds!

  I had to return to get a new drink due to the fact of the drink being disgusting(we never complained about the piña colada we just returned to get a new drink and we paid for it)I ordered a piña colada smoothie and returned to get a new drink and had to wait in line for over 30 minutes even though I was the first one in line. Then we asked the very rude employee if our drink was almost ready and she said “no you guys aren’t the only people in line” and she proceeded to give us a dirty look. We then asked her to throw away the old drink and she gave us more dirty looks. While we were waiting she gave drinks to the people behind us. When she gave us the new drink she was spilling all over us. Since they opened in marshalltown we go there at-least twice a week sometimes more but today was the last time.

  A great addition to Marshalltown! The baristas are always friendly and helpful, with great recommendations. The cookie butter blondie tastes better when the baristas are so sweet :)

  I usually love this place I drive 45+ mins to get here. Tried to redeem my birthday drink on 1/31/26 before it expired. I was informed it was no longer active in my account. I then purchased a drink and tipped the crew. Checked my email the following day to see I in fact did have one active. It didn’t expire until 2/1/26. I asked if it could be reinstated & customer service was very rude then eventually said no! Not happy with staff but my drink was good! Not sure if I’ll return.
