had atleast 10 times by now and I think 75% of the time my drink was made wrong or differently:/

I recently visited 7 Brew in Marshalltown and wanted to share some honest feedback.
The drive-thru wait time was significantly longer than expected, especially for a beverage-focused stop. I understand busy periods happen, but the delay felt excessive compared to similar places.
Additionally, the music being played in the drive-thru area was extremely loud. It made it difficult to communicate our order without raising our voices, which created a frustrating experience.
I’m all for a fun and energetic atmosphere, but volume should be kept at a level where customers can comfortably interact with staff.
I hope this feedback helps improve the experience moving forward.

Imagine you're having like a super bad day and you go to 7 Brew and all you want is a creamy pina colada smoothie with seven energy added. You've literally spent an hour thinking about creamy, delicious coconutty smoothie with a little bit of an energy drink. You tell your seven Brew person. I want the Pina colada smoothie with seven energy added. She gets a little confused and she says that has pineapple and coconut in it. And you say yeah the Pina colada smoothie with the seven energy added. And you're waiting in line cuz it's a really long line cuz it's jackpot day. So you understand and you're being nice about it and you're waiting. And you're just imagining sipping on this creamy smoothie goodness. And this is what they hand you. And not only do they practically Chuck it at you and then walk away before even asking if it's okay. You wait there for several minutes and realize that they're just going to continue to ignore you and not check if your drinks okay. To make matters worse, the Pina colada smoothie is literally on the sign that these people have to look at when you're ordering. I don't know how someone orders a pina colada and this is what you hand them.
We LOVE 7 Brew, but unfortunately this location hasn’t been a great experience for us.
The music is so loud it makes it really difficult to hear while ordering. We tried to order a drink that wasn’t on this location’s menu and were told it could be made, then immediately told it couldn’t—overall just confusing.
On top of that, after paying, we were asked again if we had paid (by the exact person who took our card), and were even handed someone else’s drink.
We’ve visited three times now and each visit has been similarly disorganized. Hoping to see improvements, because we truly enjoy 7 Brew overall.

There was a young lady, short, skinny, her customer service was horrible. No smile whatsoever, no how are you today, just handed the drinks over without confirming my order like they normally would. This is not the first time this has happened , I would hate to keep dealing with this considering i go to this location more often than not.
