If you ever go here expect your order to be incorrect and expect rude service except from the shift leads.

Drive up is super slow (by any measure) and not very polite. Most interactions at the delivery window have been very unprofessional and lacking any sense of friendliness. Food is Taco Bell, you don't ask for much more than edible and filling. Generally it does fine on that score. However, I have a 10-20% success rate of actually getting the type of hot sauce I requested, even though it clearly shows it on the order screen. Seems to me that the staff and their customer service training is the real problem. Would love to see a new owner start fresh.
