  I will start by saying, my orders literally always have something wrong or missing from it and it’s NEVER been cut in half even though I mark the every time on the app. But today, I ordered for delivery and my order came PERFECT. Everything was right, and it was all so good. Made us happy. 😊

  Ordered a Bootlegger sandwich; they delivered a BLT instead, and insisted that it was what was ordered, despite what the receipt said! No apologies, no offer to refund or replace. What terrible service 😑 Our order total was over $100.

  The decline in quality is sad. Sandwiches are gross. Order is never right and usually missing items. I’ve paid for so many items I’ve never received. Have to call and get refunds cause orders are never even delivered sometimes. I try to give fast food so much grace, but at this point, I cannot support any longer.
