  Bummer! I decided I wanted pizza tonight so I go on the app & it showed this location is closed, schedule ahead only. When I clicked on the link it said schedule ahead unavailable. So I drove here & sure enough there are notices on the door saying that this location is closed permanently

  We came in for food on a Tuesday night between Christmas and New Year's. The food was good and our server, Nora, provided excellent service. It seems that she was the only one working hard, trying to provide good service and see that people got their food. She did not complain but kept trying to do everything, even taking care of problems caused by other servers. We sat and watched as she remained calm and continued to try to help & get people their food. The wait time was long and when that happens, the servers take the brunt of people's displeasure of not getting their food in a timely manner. Whether at the register, serving food or even in the kitchen, she was trying to fill in, hurry things along and was genuinely concerned with trying to provide good customer service. It looked as though the restaurant was understaffed for the evening.

  Ordered pizza for delivery, not only did it somehow go through door dash, and it took over an hour to get, but the food was wrong. I’m not blaming the driver, or stating that DoorDash is an issue. I am upset that I didn’t get the correct order, even after repeating it with the person on the phone correctly. This isn’t the first time this issue has happened.

  I was that guy and came in prob as they were starting to close up. They still happily took my large order! Gave a big tip, I appreciate yall!

  The restaurant had one table being serviced when we arrived. The server, Hailie, complained to us the entire time about being slammed, tired, working all day. When she took our order, she kept talking over us. Food took forever to come. She brought out our wings didn’t bring them to the right people, didn’t know what sauce they were, so she smelled them in front of us. She didn’t know what a Cesar salad was and brought out the wrong thing. Every time she walked by it was another complaint. Food kept coming out at different times. When our breadsticks came out she forgot marinara. When she brought the marinara out it got on her finger and she licked it while still at our table. We were disgusted. She was rude and it was the worst service I have ever had. She proceeded to tell us we would get $5.00 off our meal and then did not do so. The manager eventually corrected it. The table behind us was very upset with the service as well.
