This is the 3rd time in the past 2 weeks we dont get what we asked for. We had to go put of town so kids were going to eat in car and were unable to until I stopped and bought syrup and forks napkins.

Umm ok, are you going to remake it? She says no, not until she knows whether doordash will reimburse her and wants to know if there's something I can do. Looked through the options on my end and all I can do is assign the order and not get paid. She said she went in on her end and canceled the order. The customer, a high-school student on lunch break, calls and asks (very sweetly) what's taking so long. I explain everything to her and am trying to get it worked out with the store. I call doordash support and waiting and waiting on hold so finally I tell the woman to remake the order. She cuts me off before I can say I will pay for it so I tell her again, more firmly to remake it and I will pay for it out of my own pocket. She says we'll I don't remember what the order was and rolls her eyes. Irritated I tell her this is the worst customer service I've ever experienced, it's not the customers fault that someone (a different dasher or customer who knows?)
