  The decline in quality is sad. Sandwiches are gross. Order is never right and usually missing items. I’ve paid for so many items I’ve never received. Have to call and get refunds cause orders are never even delivered sometimes. I try to give fast food so much grace, but at this point, I cannot support any longer.

  Pretty unimpressed, kinda hard to eat a sandwich with a rock hard bun. Waste of money.

  Food is fresh but my order is never made correctly. If you ask for changes to anything be prepared for them to mess it up. This has been going on for months now. Ridiculous.

  Wish I could write zero stars. Older lady was working on my 30 min lunch break. I went through the drive thru, ordered, and confirmed everything I ordered. Then after receiving food I checked the bag and the labels and sandwiches weren’t right. I was given the wrong sized sandwich and the other sandwich wasn’t what I ordered. I went back to get it fixed but was quickly greeted by the lady who took my order with a snarky tone. She was rude and talked down on me although she messed up my order that I confirmed twice. She refused to change sandwich size and was disrespectful. A million better places to eat in a mile radius fyi.
