- ABAmy BarkerSep 25, 20251.0This was a horrible experience and I wish I could rate it a 0. The guy said the toaster didn't work, but I think he just didn't want to do the work. I was with a group of 6 and someone in our group asked for a foot long cookie. He said they didn't have any, but then his coworker asked about bringing them to the front. You could tell by the look on his face he had been caught. The bread was falling apart and he blew me off when I said something about it. You had to eat your sandwich with a fork it was so bad. A couple people in my group said the wrong thing and instead of his asking what they wanted, he just stared at them like they were morons. I do not plan to return to this location, it was that bad!

I tell them that I still want my food and what to substitute it with. They then proceeded to take over an HOUR and had the nerve to tell us "you need to order ahead next time bc I have customers" ----- I DID. and you did not make my food lol or call me or anything. Smh terrible terrible service. My food is ALWAYS wrong at this location.
