  I wouldn’t come here every single time I’ve come in the last 6 months they have forgotten something, messed up something, or gave us stuff we didn’t want. save your money and go somewhere else unless you want to spin the slot machine of getting what you actually paid for

  Each year I review this same Taco Bell to see if it’s improved. The last 2 years it has gone downhill to a degree that should be impossible. The nicest thing about this place is the rust on the exterior of the building. The interior is disgusting, the staff is horrible, and the inability to keep product stocked is pathetic. Keokuk used to have the best fast food restaurants in the area but Taco Bell had lead the charge in making sure that wasn’t something to be maintained. Worst Taco Bell I have been to and I hope the owner shuts it down.

  They gave me nachos and cheese when I asked for nacho fries. When I went back to correct them, they argued. The food itself if as expected for a Taco Bell, it’s mainly the service that’s the problem.

  This Taco Bell is very hit and miss. I went there a couple days ago. Food was great. Went there today. It was terrible. The food tasted old. The rice was hard annd old and then when I opened the burrito and taco both were just a sloppy mess. It was just a huge mess. I ended up throwing my cheesy bean and rice burrito away because it was a mess!!!! Come ppl do better show you care

  This taco bell is literally always out of SOMETHING! Nobody told the dude taking our order they were out of nacho fries so we get nacho fries.......................and they have the nerve to ask if we want to replace them no absolutely not I want my guacamole steak fries..................................was told to pull forward cuz they were waiting on our nacho fries! Which come to find out they don't even have DO BETTER!!!!!!!!
