    Who ever the female manager was working thursday april 9th at 9:30 pm is rude and very unprofessional. i kindly called and asked for a order to be remade before dasher picked up because it still hadn't been picked up after an hour of order being placed and i didn't want my shakes to come all melted and nasty and she goes "why should we have to waste product to remake it" oh maybe because it's $25 shakes???? it's not my fault doordash can't find an dasher???? and ended up hanging up on me after she was immediately rude for absolutely no reason

    We placed a mobile order, pressed the button and waited forever. About 15 minutes. Pressed again, told to please wait. Another 15 minutes. We had gone there with enough time before a movie we were seeing until it was 30 minutes before the movie started and we didn’t even have our food yet let alone did anyone talk to us. We left without the food we had already paid for.

    I love sonic and the food is good when you get it is the catch. I've been to this location multiple times and everytime I'm always there 20+ mins. that time doest even change if you order ahead its takes forever no matter if you order ahead go through the drive through or pull up to the boxes. if you really want Sonic I'd recommend but only if you've got time on your hands.

    If you see this never go to this sonic. I’ve been there three times and walked away with a drink once and nothing the first two times. The speaker on the drive through reset in front of me and doesn’t work. The menu is also in front of the speaker so you can’t see it while you order. Due to the speaker being broken we drove up to the window and waited our turn there the employee rudely exclaimed “it works if you’ve wait your turn” but I’ve waited in total 30 minutes in total from all the times I have been to this location and never got anyone on the speaker. If you respect yourself do not come here. If you own this business, I’d change your staff and set up so you have an operable business worth more than 3 stars overall on google :) worth one star though.

    I pulled into stall #16 at 12:50 this afternoon. I pressed the call button almost immediately because I knew what I wanted to order. I then waited several minutes waiting for someone to take my order. The screen said the call button had been activated and that someone would be with me shortly, but nobody took my order. While waiting, I heard another customer press his call button and indicate he was still waiting for his order. They assured him it would be out soon, but they still never took my order. At 1:00, I got out of my car to go inside to see if I could order in there, but the door says employees only. I went back to my car and waited a few more minutes, then gave up and left. All in all, I was there for nearly 15 minutes waiting to order.
