  i just want to thank whoever made my fuji apple chicken salad with romaine lettuce instead of the mixed greens on 2/5. panera has been my main craving this pregnancy, and i’ve had quite a few salads over the last 5 months, but this specific salad had an amazing proportion of toppings to lettuce. it really made a hard day better. if i could get this every day made by the same person, i would give this panera every dime i have.

  Huge Shoutout to Maddy and the catering crew! I was able supply and awesome spread for my office group of 12 with little to no time or effort from me. I emailed Maddy what we were looking for and she had a great menu within my budget put together in hours. Even delivered and set it up herself too. Panera catering will be a regular for our office moving forward. Thanks Maddy!

  Go to this location if you want to get ignored for 10+ minutes. Want kind customers? Be receptive to them. Ask them if they need help or what you can do for them. So over paying premium prices and getting lackluster service.

  I would like to give a huge shout-out to the catering manager at this location, Maddy. She was absolutely wonderful to work with. We had scheduled a catering order a week in advance, but our training was unexpectedly canceled and rescheduled for the following week. I contacted Maddy to see if it would be possible to move the order since it had already been paid for, and she handled everything flawlessly. She had no issues pushing our order back a week and made the entire process seamless. Over the past couple of weeks, it has truly been a pleasure working with her on multiple food orders for our office. If you are looking to place a catering order, I highly recommend working with Maddy—she is by far the best catering manager I have ever worked with.

  Wanted to share my experience the other day at this Panera location on 12/16/25. I walked in with my mom speaking toddler and ordered at the kiosk. I then was flustered and walking through the restaurant looking for a table and high chair. A man who I believe was the manager saw me and immediately helped and offered to get the high chair and take it where I wanted it. He then asked if we needed any water cups I said yes so he brought waters with lids and straws for me and my son. A few minutes later he brought my son a cookie and gave him a fist pound. This meant a lot because my son doesn’t communicate verbally so it felt so nice to see someone go the extra step to interact with him! He also asked what the name was on our order so he could get it and bring it to our table so that I didn’t have to leave my son at the table by himself. I was so blown away by the kindness of this manager! This was the first time anyone has ever done anything like that for us in public. So thank you to that manager. I didn’t catch his name, but I will always remember his kindness!
