had an amazing meal at Flame The Taqueria, The tacos were bold and full of authentic Mexican flavor, the fresh ingredients really stood out, and the portions were generous. Very Friendly staff and a fun, casual vibe make this a must-visit spot for great Mexican street food in Johnston. I’ll definitely be back.

Ordered pickup today and was pretty disappointed from the usual experience from the past. We ate at the food truck years ago (delicious and amazing) then started going to the restaurant. The flame burger tasted like a frozen patty from the store, which wasn’t the experience in the past from what we remember of the few years we have been going here. The corn was very cold after a few short minutes driving home and the fries were stale, hard, and tasted refried after sitting for a while. I would say the steak quesadilla was okay. I’m hoping it was a fluke today because as mentioned earlier this place used to be awesome.
