One time I ordered and had to wait an hour and a half in store to get it. Then last night, we gave them another chance using delivery and they said it was going to take 2 hours. We canceled and got a refund. Pizza still was delivered to our door, even though we called them TWICE to make sure our order was canceled , a delivery man still brought us pizza 10 minutes later. We refused it since we just wanted our money back. So not only is this place understaffed, the employees are wasting time on canceled orders, which puts them even more behind. We told them plenty of time in advance we wanted to cancel, and they still brought us pizza regardless of what we said to them. Biggest problem here is not having enough help in the store. I hate the service. Get a grip.
