- MSMarcia ShadeDec 13, 20171.0Very rude customer service. 12/13/17 0940, I came through the drive through to order and was curious to know if they had the bowls for Jamba Juice (it was not on the menu). The staff was snippy and stated they had the bowls and that they can't put everything on the menu. I went ahead and ordered my bowl and the drive-through staff seemed irritated. She collected my payment and gave me a bowl but got irritated because I asked for a spoon. Really??? How am I supposed to eat it? I will never return. The bowl was great, but your service needs to improve.
