I went last Monday I ordered a meal of 6 dollars and the order was wrong there were 3 girls on their phone I was asking for help and they didn't help me, there was a red-haired girl in the back and she help me with my order she was very kind they should work in customer service!!

For one the person I got food from was eating a baked potato at the window like okay ms girl. For two I ordered a medium 10pc chicken nugget with fries and a Dr Pepper with BBQ. Got 2 medius fries, 2 jr fries, no BBQ, and a coke 😐

It will be a while before I go back to this Wendy’s. Employees on their phones. They told me to pull up and I sat there for exactly 10 minutes. My fries were already mostly cold. When I backed up the young lady just opened the window like I was bothering her and her colleagues conversation. She didn’t give a clear answer on when the Frosty would be ready so I offered to accept a pop instead. I get no response then she shuts the window walks away likes she’s working on another order. When she opens the window she attempts to hand me the cup to which I ask her what kind of pop is it and she said - Coke. I told her we don’t drink Coke and she said well you said pop. One would think to ask as I was offering the favor not the other way around. She proceeds to tell me that I backed up right when a young lady was coming out to give me the frosty but she threw it away. That young lady was getting out of a car. I’m unsure how she had the intention to hand me the frosty I was waiting for when she looked like she was on a mission in her car. I said thank you for the frosty and the straw and she said nothing. Learn to accept responsibility. Your lack of preparation with your frosty machine, lack of adequate communication, and inability to make a wrong a right was worth 5 stars. Horrible customer service,

I really appreciate the people who work here. They don't have to be so kind and interesting, but they are. In addition, they are impressively witty and conversational, which I really enjoy. The food has always been hot and fresh, the atmosphere is a standard Wendy's, but the workers really elevate it to be something special. Hard for me to go to ANY fastfood other than this one. Thank you.
