- ZZZoeDec 13, 20251.0They forgot one of my pizzas which is okay, mistakes happen. But then the manager waxed poetic about how it would take 2 hours to deliver the pizza and strongly suggested I take a partial refund instead just to not refund me at all. The pizza I did get was cold and half an hour late anyway. Mainly just didn’t appreciate the managers attitude when I really wasn’t upset to begin with, just confused and hoping to rectify a simple mistake. Now I’m upset that she didn’t give me the refund she was so rude about forcing me to get instead of just redelivering the missing pizza.

My order total = $60+ Call me old fashioned (31 years old) but pizza chain prices shouldn't rival fine dining restaurant prices. These leaders/investors who have control of the prices are lost and don't care about communites. The staff making this food doesn't even get paid enough to justify the cost of the service being provided. GREED AND INHUMAN BUSINESS PRACTICES!
