- ZZZoeDec 13, 20251.0They forgot one of my pizzas which is okay, mistakes happen. But then the manager waxed poetic about how it would take 2 hours to deliver the pizza and strongly suggested I take a partial refund instead just to not refund me at all. The pizza I did get was cold and half an hour late anyway. Mainly just didn’t appreciate the managers attitude when I really wasn’t upset to begin with, just confused and hoping to rectify a simple mistake. Now I’m upset that she didn’t give me the refund she was so rude about forcing me to get instead of just redelivering the missing pizza.

I’m a door dash driver and was picking up an order for a client and saw that they had pizza slices for sale and wanted to buy one. One of the girls told the cashier to give it to me . What a nice gesture. TY
