I'm leaving this review because I hope the manager or person in charge does something. Just five minutes ago, their team was yelling at each other like crazy inside. The shouting could be heard throughout the food court. I thought they were fighting or something. I don't come here to hear them yelling; it's not good and it's uncomfortable. Nobody wants to hear arguments, except for three people who were trying to do their jobs, which is impossible with all that shouting going on. They should check the security cameras and talk to their team so that everything is pleasant for both the staff and the customers.

I ordered through the app. 2 of the 5 dollar meals for me and my little cousin. And they somehow forgot the two burgers and one of the fries.

Ordered drive through McDonald's tonight bc my son and I are exhausted after a long traveling weekend. I had to turn around and go back because there was no barbecue sauce in the bag for his nuggets. The only thing that makes those palatable is if they're hot and dipped in sauce. I had to go IN to the store bc the drive through was full. I tell them Im furious bc Im tired and dont need the hassle tonight.
The young woman I first spoke to laughed. Then I spoke to a manager. He said we're out of barbecue sauce. I said," They couldn't have told me that at the drive through?? I want some sauce and a free cookie for my trouble." The young woman is STILL grinning. The manager says, " I'll give you the cookie, but don't demand it." I blew my stack. I said I'll ask for it any gd way I choose to." He said, " You need to be nice. We're
exhausted too." NOT MY PROBLEM. ITS YOUR JOB! Then he banned me from the store. I said, " Ill be back in a week."
So all our food was now COLD. Thanks so much. The ONLY reason I stope at McD is because my son likes french fries and chicken nuggets. He gets them once every couple of months.
MAYBE YOU SHOULD OFFER A DECENT WAGE SO YOU HAVE ENOUGH PEOPLE TO WORK WHO AREN'T EXHAUSTED.

Got there wanting to get breakfast. They ran out of sausage got bacon instead and then told to wait in the parking lot. Waited for 18 minutes with no one checked on me or anything went inside and they said they thought someone got me my order. Got a full refund and when they tried to give me the order I told them I don't want it now. Terrible service

EDIT: I contacted the county health department after lack of resolution.
Ordered via door dash tonight. Part of a glove went into my mouth while eating my ice cream. Absolutely disgusting and will be notifying health inspectors on Monday. Someone’s sweaty hand was in a glove and part of it entered my mouth. I feel sick thinking about it. Never mind the fact the order wasn’t even right.
