  I order pickup from here occasionally and overall have had decent experiences, but there’s been a recurring issue that’s pretty frustrating. On two separate occasions, I ordered chips and guacamole and didn’t receive the chips. It’s a small thing, but since you usually don’t realize it until you get home, it ends up being pretty disappointing. At this point, it feels like the responsibility has shifted to me to double-check that everything is included before leaving, which isn’t ideal for a pickup order. It might help to have a better system or double-check process in place to make sure orders are complete. I’d love to keep coming back, but consistency here would make a big difference.

  The Fajita veggies were burnt to a crisp. Tried to take them out but still made the rest of the food taste bitter. I know this place is new, but please be better

  Very solid food. Good freshness, as expected with the Chipotle brand. The layout of the store was slightly confusing, and it took me an extra few seconds to find where to get a fork. I wish my portion was bigger, but I’m not that hungry so I don’t care that much. Thank you.

  Small parking lot. Difficult to park and have to drive against the flow of drive thru parking or compete with other traffic. Protein Portion sizes are small compared to other chipotle locations and generous on the rice. Seating is surrounded by constanst incoming and out going foot traffic. Your either eating at a long table that may be shared with others or at stools next to the noisy and busy soda fountain. Kitchen sounds are loud and echo throughout the dining room. Plan to eat out side or take your order to go to be able to actually enjoy your food.

  The food cambros were nearly empty. Server scraped what little bits of meat onto our dishes. Had to chose an alternate meat because none was prepared and ready. Some waited for stuff to be prepared other just turned around and left. Definitely disappointing after seeing the commercial hype on TV. Won't be returning.
