  We stopped at this location yesterday 4/19 and the first red flag was the girl taking orders! She didn’t even speak to us at all and waited for us to just tell her what we wanted. Red flag #2 was every open table was dirty! Red flag #3 (and the final straw) was, when we went to the restroom to wash our hands, it was absolutely disgusting!! Who would want to eat in an environment like that? We didn’t even wait for our food! If that is the way the store is kept, I can only imagine what happens behind the counter! 🤢🤢

  The staff was awful to start with. We arrived on Sunday morning, April 19, 2026, and were never greeted, but there were many people working. The woman taking orders looked unapproachable, was generally unfriendly, did not even have enough respect for the customers to address them (or us when we got to the counter) and looked downwards the whole time. She seemed to act as though she was above working there, but failing to understand that her customers pay her wages. No customer, no pay. The place was absolutely dirty, despite so many staff on duty. The bathrooms were disgusting—I went to one, my partner the other, and we both saw very similar things: trash full to the brim, very dirty toilets and floors. The dining area was also dirty. Tables left uncleaned after the use of previous customers. A couple of staff preparing food walked in from outside and went directly to make food without washing their hands, after touching numerous publicly used doors and the ordering counter where customer after customer touches the surface. Some staff used gloves (still no hand washing), others did not. After observing all this, we walked out without our food, as the order took a very long time, with only one order ahead of us. This place had no one with some self respect, no respect for their workplace and no respect for the customers. Will never go back.
