If I were a manager here, I'd start making some serious changes and a branch manager should start paying closer attention to the quality this place puts out. Very rarely can they get an order correct and the singularly time they do I get a medium fry in a large fry container and they're cold. They've messed up my food on multiple occasions, made me wait way too long for a small number of items, served below par temp food. If I have to wait at least bring my food to me warm. And on top of that very often are the floors and drink area sticky. I have worked in fast food before it is not hard to wipe them down a couple times a day to keep things fresh for your customers. Please. Do. Better. I should not have to travel 14.2 miles for the next closest McDonalds when there's one in my town.
