  Restaurant is always clean always have great service can't speak for delivery as I always do a pickup in store

  Music was blaring the whole time. I wasnt able to talk. I order online ahead of time and even when I came 20 minutes. They still didnt have my order ready and I proceeded to have to wait for an extra 20 more minutes to get my order because they did everyone in store first. Why order online and use the app if you dont even get quick food.

  Every time we want delivery, the last 3 times we’ve ordered food. They tell us “they don’t have a delivery driver today” after we already placed our order online

  It was busy when we walked in so we knew it could be a few BUT- we waited an HOUR for 2 sandwiches. 2. Many were getting fed up. Then as we’re waiting, they had hardly anything prepared, people that ordered after us were getting their sandwiches, and 2 go orders. As we are waiting, they don’t apologize to anyone for the wait and the ceiling was dripping on all the sandwiches & deli meat/veggies. We finally got our sandwiches and they gave us an extra one that we didn’t order and we looked at our receipt and they charged us for it! No point in going back- we had enough and will never go back to the Indianola Jimmy John’s. This is not the first problem we have had either. Oh and an employee was messing with his face and touching food and didn’t have gloves on!

  Shouldn’t take 45 mins to get an order. Ceiling is also leaking. Place really went downhill
