- CEConner Emswiler4 days ago1.0Very disappointed with my experience at Dairy Queen. The service was extremely slow, and the staff didn’t seem concerned about how long we were waiting. At times, employees would look at customers waiting and then walk away without helping. It ended up taking around 45 minutes to get our food because our order was never placed properly. The lack of communication and urgency made the whole visit frustrating. Hoping management addresses these service issues.

Then 15 min later had to ask for our food that was sitting under the warmer. Dirty floor- dirty tables. Saw another couple had to go ask for their food also. Then DoorDash people are standing around on speaker phones talking loudly. People in next booth using foul language. Not best experience!
