Today I ordered the pick 6 bundle and specifically told young lady twice no lettuce or tomatoes but add onion on my cheeseburger. I didn't check receipt right away but when I did I notice she didn't ring it in like I asked. So I asked an employee that was sweeping the floor if he would check as the lady was taking other orders. One of the managers comes out & told me it already made & they would have to cook me another one. Well the rest of the order was done so it must have sat there in the sack while I waited for my burger to cook as tots & boneless wings were lukewarm at best & not fresh like they usually taste. The young lady also charged extra for a ranch .99 when I asked if it came with the bundle & she said there was no charge. I also ordered a 4 piece boneless kids pack with a milk as it's advertised that it comes with a milk on your menu. Young lady said it didn't come with meal & it would be extra. I'm very disappointed as I eat there 1-2 times a week & will not be back for a while until the young lady gets some more experience as she wasn’t very friendly either. Very disappointed! Dan
