Either not getting all my food or they somehow skip over my order and I am stuck going to the next window while they serve car after car behind me. The second window is the window of the forgotten where you will sit until they decide to finally get back to you. I don’t understand how orders are not being processed in the order they are receiving them. My order was simple and small. The workers were all confused and going back and forth with each other. At the first window they admitted they were handing out the wrong orders to people. I did request a refund and was provided one. I usually have patience for people and places but this happens too often that something needs fixed.
