  Kasey was amazing! Super friendly, patient, and had a great attitude the whole time. He made my sandwich exactly how I asked and didn’t rush me at all. The place was clean, service was fast, and he really made the experience better. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had at Subway. Give him a raise! 🙌

  The female worker (tall, light skin) was rude. I have worked at subway before and the customer in front of me ordered a footlong Flatbread. Instead of making it the way she should she made it the opposite direction and when the customer tried to clarify it was meant to be a footlong she said it was then asked in a condensendimg tone "I can make it a 6 inch if you want". This is 1 of many instances that I have witness her being rude and cruel to customers. She does not put the correct amount of meat and cheese on the sandwich, the series sandwiches are mostly extra cheese and a specific amount of meat, however, she puts on as much as she feels. Idk why they still have business with the way she treats people. She yells at the guy she works with and gets enraged when she is questioned. She mentioned it was her boyfriend but I don't understand why she treats anyone the way she does, especially her boyfriend. There was a kid there, I don't know who but she was also mean to him. People waiting in line for over 20 minutes, and I know it really doesn't take that long to make a sandwich. I will drive to Iowa falls to get my subway fix before i go in there when she's working.

  Friendly service ...fresh made....you decide what you want on it...What more could you want.With food prices going crazy a fresh meal at a decent price.
