Is this location going broke? Are they trying to diminish current supply and then close doors? Does this location even have a manager? 01/07/26...one bread option (Multi Grain)? 01/07/26...no more Swiss Cheese? 01/07/26...no Meatball Marinara for over a week now? 01/07/26...one stupid Jalapeño slice per 6" half (seriously)? 01/09/26...STILL no Meatball Marinara, and NOW no Tuna? What a freaking joke. If this place DOES have a manager FIRE THEM and hire a Tree Sloth; pretty sure it would do a better job.

Walk in today to order food there was only one gentleman working at lunchtime handling online orders with a lobby full of customers. He told me and my wife it will be a while since he continued to get online orders and customers haveing to wait. Maybe they need management there to assist this poor guy in doing this job. I will never go there again many times I have shown up there and have to wait for 45 mins to get food. This store needs an upgrade in employees and management other wide Grundy will lose a subway

While we were waiting in line and watching the bigger blonde with her hair in space buns we observed her dipping the knives in the rinse water, wiping it off with her hand, and putting the gross rinse water all over the top of the sandwich as she closed it with that hand. (She did have gloves). Well, I ordered bacon crispy. She took it out and started putting the not crispy bacon on my sandwich. I mentioned that to her and she responded it will crisp up. I disagreed with her, she responded with if I do it any longer it will be black. I would prefer that I told her because I won't eat it that way. She then told me that next time I come I should let her know how many seconds I want my bacon in the oven. Never have I ever had a subway unable to get bacon crispy or refuse if I wanted it warmer. If she was worried about her line she could try multitasking because watching the timer on the bacon isn't the best use of her time. Then I was charged extra for the bacon I told her I wouldn't eat. It was nice of her to add her blonde hair to our sandwich so we ended up throwing it away anyways. (Do you not require hairnets or visors?) When I got back to my friends (just moved to town and the reason we are here). I told her there was a rude girl at Subway. Right away she knew as she asked me the big girl with blonde hair. Apparently she was yelling at the other employees and especially at on gentleman to the point my friend felt the need to tell him he was doing a good job. No employee should be treated like that at work.

I hope you like time paradoxes, because they are so slow it feels like time is passing for everyone and everything but your sandwich.
