- CYCarley YoderDec 2, 20251.0Horrible management, rude service, charged extra for their mistakes and didn't even give us the correct order. I sent my mom in to get sandwiches for 4 of us. We wanted two veggie patty sandwiches and two meat. They didnt tell her they were out of the veggie pattys until AFTER they made two other sandwiches. She then told them she didn't want them because we wanted the veggie pattys, not vegetables on a bun. Even then, they made both "veggie" patties wrong. One was a whole turkey bacon sandwich with completely different toppings than what we ordered and the other just lettuce tomato and cheese on bread. They then argued with her and made her pay for all four sandwiches! We didn't even get the correct order, they made sandwiches we did not order and coerced her to pay for the wrong ones. Absolutely appalling service. This was our first time trying this location despite living in Grimes and we will NEVER go back.

Which was fine, but at least 5 more people came in to order there while I was waiting. They didn't start making any of the online orders until after the line was gone, 15 minutes later. If you decide to go here, you should probably just stand in line, but judging by the other reviews I would probably skip this location.
