Crowd of people waiting for assistance, employees walking by without offering assistance. Won’t be back. Edit to add: Once we received our order, sauces were missing. I waited in line and finally asked cashier Issac for sauce. He stared at me for a solid 45 seconds without saying anything. I honestly thought he was having some sort of medical emergency, I asked him again and he sighed and got the wrong sauces. The glare he gave me left me shook up.
- SSSherri StrableSep 27, 20251.0The McDonald's in Grimes had horrible service I just ordered a $5.50 meal nothing special and I had to wait 20 minutes while everyone else got their food and went around me then I said just give me my money back and they brought my food finally nobody knows what happened a bunch of young boys working apparently somebody wasn't paying attention will never go back there again they did not even offer to give me a coupon for a free sandwich next time or give me one more chicken nugget ridiculous
