  So I have no complaints about our sandwiches, but what grossed me out was as I was eating my sandwich and drinking my iced tea. I watched an employee fill up the ice machine, and after she had dumped the ice into the top of the soda fountain machine, she used the bottom of the plastic container to spread the ice out on the top of the soda fountain, and then she put this bucket on the dirty floor, so my question would be… why is something like this even allowed ? how unsanitary what she did and what she could have possibly introduced to the ice that now people are going to be consuming.

  If you want to feel like you’re a burden and you’re not welcome and you’re just in somebody’s way then this is the Jimmy John’s for you. You can sit at the drive-through speaker for 10 minutes. Nobody will tell you what’s going on or greet you and it’s on you to just sit there and wait and wait and keep waiting until hopefully maybe they’re ready to take your order when this place goes out of business theyll wonder why. ZERO stars complete trash. 6:25pm 12/16/25

  Absolutely awful experience every time I’ve been there. Drive-Thru answered with “What?” when I drove up my first time there. No “Welcome” or anything. Every single time they have made an error on my order. I always order a Slim #4, which has TWO ingredients, and they STILL forget one of the two ingredients. This doesn’t seem like incompetence, it seems like the workers don’t want to be there AT ALL. Avoid this establishment at all costs. There are dozens of better places to eat within blocks.

  I normally do not have issues with this restaurant but there was only 1 person in front of me and I waited for over 20 minutes for my sandwich in the drive through. It is a Sunday around 1:30 in the afternoon, not super busy. There should not have been a wait more than 5 minutes really. Over 20 minutes is crazy.
