  If you want to feel like you’re a burden and you’re not welcome and you’re just in somebody’s way then this is the Jimmy John’s for you. You can sit at the drive-through speaker for 10 minutes. Nobody will tell you what’s going on or greet you and it’s on you to just sit there and wait and wait and keep waiting until hopefully maybe they’re ready to take your order when this place goes out of business theyll wonder why. ZERO stars complete trash. 6:25pm 12/16/25

  Absolutely awful experience every time I’ve been there. Drive-Thru answered with “What?” when I drove up my first time there. No “Welcome” or anything. Every single time they have made an error on my order. I always order a Slim #4, which has TWO ingredients, and they STILL forget one of the two ingredients. This doesn’t seem like incompetence, it seems like the workers don’t want to be there AT ALL. Avoid this establishment at all costs. There are dozens of better places to eat within blocks.

  I normally do not have issues with this restaurant but there was only 1 person in front of me and I waited for over 20 minutes for my sandwich in the drive through. It is a Sunday around 1:30 in the afternoon, not super busy. There should not have been a wait more than 5 minutes really. Over 20 minutes is crazy.

  Caution, check your sandwich. I have been to this Jimmy John’s six times now and each time I state “no cheese” due to lactose intolerance. Every single order has come out with cheese on it. Every. Single. Time. The first time this happened I took a bite, realized it had cheese, and had to spit the bite out. I then had to disassemble the sandwich to take the cheese off. This last time I had to send it back because there was cheese. They removed the cheese instead of remaking it, which is not a big deal, but didn’t take all of the cheese off. I get to the last few bites, too late I had eaten the remaining cheese. Honestly, it’s not a hard request. Just get the order correct. I shouldn’t have to think about it after my order, that’s half of the reason I’m paying for the food service.
