  Even though we think of this as a huge business, the small town values shine through at this McDonald’s. I called Friday night at 9:30 to get two large travel coffee containers for 730 Saturday morning. By 10 o’clock I had the managers cell phone number and have already been communicating with him early Saturday morning, and he will have the coffee ready! Thanks for supporting Glenwood McDonald’s!

  Incredibly rude and entitled staff. Laughed at me for not knowing what a specific meal deal was. They ended up giving me the wrong food and didn’t seem to care enough to fix it. So sorry no one is trashy enough to eat at your food chain every day 😬…

  Gross cold food. They are always "forgetting" something. I swear, people feed their dogs better.

  Consistently poor order accuracy. Uninterested workers. Long waits for food. Seems like a confused workforce. Manager lied to me about food wait after I ordered online and pressed the Im Already Here button 10 minutes before I got there. I walked in and no food was at the counter for me. Told him my order and he said it would be 1 minute. 7 minutes later I still had no food and told the manager Im leaving and to keep the food. He protested saying its almost ready. Nope. Lie to me once and thats all you get. We didnt order nuggets or quarter pounders which are cooked to order. There are often lots of cars in the Pull Over parking area. They seem to rely on stacking people up just to get them out of their window. Ive been asked at least twice to pull over and there has been nobody behind me. Nope. Numerous wrong orders. We get 1 good visit for every 9 bad ones here. Worst McDonalds ever.
